At Harper  &  Cole we work hard to dispatch your purchase quickly and get it to you in perfect condition. The guidelines below explain our current shipping process.


1. Order Cut‑Off

Orders confirmed before 11:00 PM (local time) enter our system for processing on the next business day. 

2. Processing Time

Picking, packing, and quality checks take 1‑2 business days (Monday–Friday). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are handled on the following business day. 

3. Transit Time

Once shipped, parcels typically arrive within 3‑10 business days (Monday–Friday). Actual times may vary by destination, customs clearance, or unforeseen events such as extreme weather. 

4. Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout according to destination, weight, and parcel size. 

5. Tracking

A tracking link is emailed as soon as your order leaves our warehouse so you can follow its journey in real time. 

6. Multiple‑Item Orders

If your purchase contains several items, they may ship separately. This allows each product to reach you as soon as it is ready.
