Frequently Asked Questions


1. What payment methods can I use?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, debit cards (Visa/MasterCard), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All transactions are processed in USD through secure gateways and encrypted for your safety.

2. How are taxes calculated?

Sales tax is applied at checkout according to the shipping address and local regulations.

3. Can I cancel an order after I place it?

Yes. Email contact@harperandcole.com as soon as possible. If the order has not been processed or shipped we will cancel it and issue a full refund. After processing or dispatch, cancellation is no longer possible; please see our Return and Refund Policy.

4. What is the daily cut‑off time for orders?

Orders confirmed before 11:00 PM (local time) move into processing on the next business day. 

5. How long does it take to process and ship my order?

Processing (picking, packing and quality checks) takes 1‑3 business days — Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

6. When will my package arrive?

After it leaves our warehouse, delivery usually takes 5‑8 business days. Transit times can vary with distance, customs procedures or unexpected events such as severe weather. 

7. How much do you charge for shipping?

Shipping costs are shown at checkout and depend on destination, parcel weight and size. From time to time we run free shipping promotions.

8. Can I track my order?

Yes. As soon as your parcel ships you will receive an email containing a tracking link so you can follow its journey. 

9. What is your return window?

You can return items within 30 days of delivery provided they are new, unused and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

10. How do I start a return?

Email contact@harperandcole.com or use our contact form. We will reply with mailing instructions and the return address. 

11. Can I exchange an item?

Yes. Contact contact@harperandcole.com with your order number and the item you need. We will organise an exchange after we receive and inspect the original product.

12. When will I see my refund?

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after we approve the returned goods. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is processed.
