Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Harper & Cole. If something is not quite right with your order, we are ready to help. The guidelines below explain how returns, exchanges and refunds work.


1. Returns

  • Return window: Items may be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Condition: Products must be new, unused and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
  • How to return: Email us at contact@harperandcole.com or use the Contact page to receive mailing instructions. All returns are handled by post.
  • Return shipping: Customers are responsible for postage. We do not issue prepaid labels.
  • Restocking fee: None.

2. Exchanges

Need a different size, color or style? Email contact@harperandcole.com and we will arrange an exchange once the original item is received and inspected.


3. Refunds 

  • Processing time: Refunds are issued within 10 business days after we receive and approve your return.
  • Method: Funds are credited to the original payment method. A confirmation email is sent when the refund is completed.
