Refund Policy

Cancellations/Returns

At Harper & Cole, we value your satisfaction and the unique quality of our products. If you need to cancel your order, please do so within 12 hours of purchase by contacting us at support@harperandcole.com.

For returns, please get approval from our support team first. Returns that are not pre-approved will not be accepted. To qualify for a return, contact us within 30 days of purchase or within 14 days of receiving your item, whichever is applicable. We only accept returns of unworn items in their original condition. When returning an item, please include your order number in the package to help us easily identify and process your refund. Use a trackable shipping method and return the package to the address our customer service provides. Once we receive your return, we will refund the purchase price to your original payment method within five business days. Note that shipping costs and protection fees are non-refundable.

Please be aware, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, and we do not provide return labels.

Exchanges/Size Adjustment

If you need a different size, please reach out to our support team at support@harperandcole.com. We are dedicated to ensuring you are delighted with your purchase, and our team is here to help with any necessary size adjustments.

Damaged or Defective Items

We aim for perfection with every order. If your item arrives damaged or defective, immediately contact us at support@harperandcole.com with a photo of the item and your order number. We will send you a replacement at no additional charge to ensure your complete satisfaction.

Change of Address

If you need to change the shipping address, please email us at support@harperandcole.com within one day of placing your order. Include your order number and both the old and new addresses. Please note that once the order is shipped, we cannot change the delivery details.

Disclaimer for Product Images

We strive to display our products as accurately as possible. However, due to screen resolution variations, the actual color and detail in the product images may vary. If you have any questions about an item's color, material, or size, please contact us before purchasing.

Lost Parcels

If your parcel gets lost in transit, please inform us immediately. We will replace it to ensure you receive your order, as long as the correct address was provided at checkout. If you prefer a refund, we will need to wait 14 days to confirm the parcel’s status. Our customer service team will keep you updated throughout this period.
